Q: Do I need a prescription before I order?
A: No. To order simply fill out our secure medical questionnaire and upon review, one of our physicians will approve and write your prescription based on the information you provide.

Q: Will my order ship today?
A: 99% of orders approved before 2PM EST are shipped same-day. Many times orders submitted after this time also ship out same-day. It is always best to get your order in as early as possible since almost all online pharmacies have an early afternoon cutoff no matter where you go.

Here at BuyFDACialis.com we are frequently asked what our "cutoff time" is. We will get your order out ASAP no matter what time it comes in, we do not have an actual "cutoff". Sometimes however due to problems with the customer's billing or contact information or more rarely other circumstances beyond our control we are unable to ship an order on the day it is submitted. In these cases your order will ship the next business day UPS or FedEx overnight for delivery the following day.

NEVER wait until the last minute get your order in as early as possible and be reachable by phone to ensure same-day shipping.

Q: How does the online consultation work?
A: Online consultations provide a valid means for patients to receive treatment for a number of conditions that, in many circumstances, do not actually require a physical exam. The customer completes an SSL secure online questionnaire for the doctor's review. Once a prescription has been written, the pharmacy promptly fills and ships directly to your doorstep via overnight FedEx or UPS delivery service.

Q: Will my package be delivered by UPS or FedEx?
A: The page where you enter in your shipping address while checking out will display the UPS or FedEx, depending on your location. Customers cannot choose whether they receive UPS or FedEx shipping, however both companies offer the exact same overnight delivery so their is very little difference in service.

Q: How do I get my tracking number?
A: Your tracking number is always sent automatically via email at the time of shipment. Sometimes a package may not ship until as late as 6PM EST so always allow wait until after this time of the scheduled date of shipment before contacting customer support. Also be sure to check your junk/bulk mail folder just to be sure the email was not filtered out. If all else fails, contact us and we will send the tracking information right away.

Q: Can I have my package held at the station for pickup?
A: Yes. When checking out, please be sure to enter the correct address of the UPS or FedEx location where you would like your order to be held. Note: Please see checkout page for shipping type available to you. If your order is shipping UPS it must go to a UPS station, if shipped by FedEx it must be shipped to a FedEx location.

Q: How is my package shipped? How much does shipping cost?

All packages are shipped are shipped via FedEx or UPS overnight delivery service at a discounted flat rate of just $23.95.  Although 99% of orders ship same-day the $23.95 does not guarantee same-day shipment, it is payment for overnight shipping on the date the pharmacy dispenses your medications with is usually the same day you order. To insure your order is processed and shipped same-day please place your order as early as possible and double check your shipping and billing information to avoid any delays.

Q: What happens when I submit my order?
A: Your confidential order is encrypted and dispatched through a SSL secure order system to a licensed physician who will review the information you have submitted and approve or decline your request.

Most orders are approved same-day, within hours of ordering provided accurate billing and shipping information has been given. Once your order is approved, the physician will then write your prescription and it is then sent instantly to the pharmacy where it will be filled and then shipped.

Q: How do you protect my privacy?
A: We are fully dedicated to your privacy and security. We do not send SPAM email, use outbound telemarketing, or sell, rent, or otherwise personal information to any third party for any reason. Our online order system makes use of the latest security encryption technology to ensure that your credit card information is submitted safely and with the highest level of protection.

All of our computer systems undergo regular security checks to ensure that our ordering system is properly protected. Please refer to the current privacy policy in the terms & conditions section of our order page for more information. You will only be contacted when you are eligible for a refill and we will never pressure you to order or have telemarketers call your home.

Q: Are your physicians licensed?
A: Our network uses only board certified physicians and US licensed pharmacies.

Q: Do you deliver to P.O. Boxes?
A: Sorry, by law we cannot ship prescription medication to PO Boxes. If your card has a PO Box billing address enter it into the billing portion of the online order form and enter the shipping address separately and your medications will be sent there.

Q: Do I have to be at home when my order arrives?
A: We require an adult signature for all orders. If you will not be home, make sure there is an adult there to sign and receive your package or have the order shipped to your workplace or a friend or relative's house where someone will be available to sign for the package.

Q: Do you deliver to my state?
A: We ship to all states except NV, AR, MO, and KY. If you live in one of these 5 states, see this alternate site that may ship genuine Cialis overnight to your area.

Q: What is your cancellation policy?

A: You may cancel your order before the order has been assigned a tracking number. If you need to cancel an order that has not yet been assigned a tracking number, you are easily able to do that by calling the toll-free number in your order confirmation email. You cannot cancel orders through email. If you need help canceling an order call the number(s) on our website.

Once it leaves the pharmacy
we cannot accept returns of prescription medication by Federal law. Have confidence ordering, you will always receive the exact medication you order. If we are unable to provide you with the pills you request you will not be charged anything.

Q: What is your returns policy?
A: We cannot refund or exchange prescription medications due to FDA regulations regarding drug tampering and public safety. There are heavy fines and penalties for violations of this kind. A: Sorry, we ship only within the United States. We cannot ship Internationally at this time.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: Most major credit and debit cards are accepted. Some payment options may not be available in all states. Visa orders can be done over the phone. Due to our merchant policies, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover orders must be submitted online. No e-checks, COD, or personal checks are accepted at this time.

Q: Do you automatically re-bill my card?
A: Under no circumstances do we bill your card at anytime without your permission. We have heard many horror stories about other "competitors" which we cannot name here, but who frequently rebill customers' cards for large sums "by mistake". You will never have this problem at BuyFDACialis.com.

Your card is authorized at the time of purchase to verify that your payment method is valid but the funds are not captured until your order is actually shipped and you have been sent your tracking number. If you are trying to sign up for auto-billing we are not offering such an option at this time.

Q: What happens if the doctor does not approve my order?
A: If the doctor for any reason does not prescribe the medication you seek you will not be charged anything at all. No exceptions.

Q: How long until I can get my refill?
A: Depending on the quantity you order, you will have to wait between about 3 days to 3 weeks. Your medication is always shipped overnight. As a courtesy, BuyFDACialis.com will notify you when you are able to get a refill and you will have an opportunity to reorder at a discount price. Contact us if you are not sure when you can get your Cialis refill.

Q: Can I order over the phone?

A: It's always best to order securely through our website unless you do not have access to an internet-connected computer. Phone ordering is also usually available between the hours of 10AM and 5PM Eastern but to order with your Mastercard, AMEX, or Discover card you must submit your order through our website. Order with your Visa for fastest processing.

Q: There was no answer at your phone number
A: This means all lines are busy or the office is closed. If calling during normal business hours try back in about 5 minutes or until a line is open and a representative will pick up in the order your call is received. We do not use automated phone systems, you can always reach a real person during normal business hours. If your order has already been processed you can also contact the processing center by calling the toll-free number in your confirmation email.

Q: How much can I order at one time?
A: The maximum that can be dispensed at one time is 20-30 tablets.

Q: What happens when I order on Friday?
A: There are 3 possibilities:

#1 Orders received and APPROVED before 2PM WITH the Saturday delivery option will ship out for delivery the next day barring any unforeseeable delays at the pharmacy.

#2 Orders received and APPROVED before 2PM WITHOUT the Saturday delivery option will ship out and be delivered the following Monday, again barring any unforeseeable delays at the pharmacy.

#3 Orders that are NOT APPROVED or SHIPPED before the end of the business day FOR ANY REASON will ship out the following Monday overnight to be delivered on Tuesday.

Q: Can I upgrade my package to Saturday delivery?
A: We cannot under any circumstances make any changes or upgrades to the delivery address and/or shipping method once your package has been shipped. You may be able to contact the shipping company directly with your tracking number and make changes in certain instances. If you want Saturday delivery please follow the instructions on our order page.

Q: How can I be sure to receive email order updates from you?
A: Our email servers are white listed and 99% deliverable to most email addresses. Yahoo email users will sometimes have problems receiving email from BuyFDACialis.com so if at all possible avoid using Yahoo email when ordering sign up for a much better and ad-free account with Gmail.

A: Customers are always billed discreetly. The exact description on your billing statement depends on the processing center that handles your order.

Q: Do you accept COD payment?

Q: Do you accept mail order payment?
A: We accept mail order payment in the form of money order only. After you place the order online (we send a special link) you send your payment and your order will usually ship within 24 hours of our receipt of the payment and doctor approval. Mail order is not available in CA, KY, UT, NV, FL. This is the slowest way to order.

A: The BuyFDACialis.com website is open 24 hours, 7 days. Feel free to place your order anytime - whether a Sunday afternoon or Wednesday at 3AM! A: After you enter the online shopping cart and provide your billing information, you will will be required to fill out a short medical form for the doctor's review. BuyFDACialis.com will not process or ship any prescription medications without a completed medical form for the physician.

A: Your order will ship from the nearest pharmacy in our nationwide US network that has the product you order in-stock. Cialis is currently in-stock and shipping same-day. Meds always ship from the US to the US.

Mon-Thurs Orders
All orders received and processed during normal business hours ship same-day via FedEx or UPS Standard Overnight.

Friday Orders
Orders placed on Friday are eligible for optional FedEx Saturday delivery, for an additional charge. You must order using Price Chart #2 for Sat delivery.

However, you can order on a Friday and choose FedEx Standard Overnight and your meds will arrive on the Monday following the weekend.

Sat-Sun Orders
Purchases made on the weekend will be processed first thing Monday morning to arrive at your shipping address on Tuesday.

Economy Shipping
Although we do have the lowest prices on real Cialis, we do not currently offer 2 or 3 day (economy) delivery options.
